This training course is designed to simplify and explain how to use social media to benefit your business. Social media is a powerful set of tools and used well can help you engage, promote, listen, sell, educate and much more. This course will help you understand what each platform can achieve, help you set goals, determine how much time you need to spend and whether paid advertising makes sense.

Who is the course aimed at?
The course is aimed at beginners who have some basic SM knowledge to intermediate users and will balance interactive presentations with discussions and group work on the applications that businesses can and, where appropriate, should be using within their marketing mix.
All attendees will receive a comprehensive set of reference notes covering course topics as well as follow-up telephone/email support for two weeks following the training.
